I got into project management because I believe the way a team is structured — and supported — changes everything. Not just delivery timelines, but how people show up, how decisions get made, and whether the work actually sticks.

Over the past six years, I've built and led PMO functions in AI, tech, and enterprise environments across EMEA. The through line has always been the same: create governance that serves the team, not the other way around. When people understand why a process exists, they use it. When they don't, they work around it.

My focus has shifted more and more toward the intersection of strategy and team dynamics — how you get a group of smart, busy people genuinely aligned on what matters, and moving together. That's the work I find most interesting, and it's the foundation for the courses I'm building.
